We accept all major credit cards
$850 nightly plus a 14.45% room tax based on a minimum stay of at least 5 nights for entire house.. 10% discount to former guests and for stays of at least 2 weeks.
Payment requirements and conditions:
50% deposit required at time of reservation.Remaining balance required 30 days before arrival date.
Damage Deposit
$1500 damage deposit required 1 week before arrival which is fully refundable upon inspection within 1 week after departure.
If booking within 30 days or less of arrival full payment is required
Short term contract/lease required within 2 weeks of deposit.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival resulting in a refund of your deposit. There will be a $25 service charge. Cancellations occurring with fewer than 30 days preceding your arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit. However, if The Hillcrest is able to rebook your full stay, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $25 service charge. If you cancel your reservation upon arrival at the Hillcrest or choose to depart early, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged. If we are successful in re-booking your stay you will not be charged for the nights the house is re-rented.
